ADAPTED TO THE “LEY 2/2007 DE 15 DE MARZO DE SOCIEDADES PROFESIONALES” (Spanish Society Law). Since last 23th of december of 2008, J&M abogados y economistas siglo XXI S.L.P. has been inscribed in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona, sheet 82, Book 26362, inscription 13th.

The following General Conditions (“Access Conditions”) regulate the use and mere access of any person (“User”) to the web pages which are part of the domain http://www.jmae.es,(“Web Page”), property of J&M, including the contents and services made available therein.

Access to this web page or its use by any user necessarily involve, and without any conditions, the compliance and agreement on the General Conditions of Access. Therefore it’s recommended the user reads them with attention every time J&M’s web page is visited.

In any event, J&M has the right to modify at any time and without prior notice, the appearance and structure of the J&M Site, as well as the General Conditions in addition to its contents and services.

User acknowledges that the use of J&M’s Site is made under his/her exclusive responsibility at all times. The contents and services have as a unique aim providing information about the activities carried out by J&M.

The intellectual and property rights regarding the contents of the web page belong exclusively of J&M, except something different is specified. Any use or exploitation different from he ones mentioned before needs written and previous authorisation from J&M.
User is therefore expressly prohibited to carry out any reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication (including disposition rights), change, collect and by any other means to exploit the contents included in the web page without previous and written authorisation from J&M.

The mere access to the web does not mean J&M collects any personal data from the user. However, in case J&M asks for personal details/ data, the user will be informed in compliance to what the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter (Spanish Personal Data law) establishes. Likewise, it’s informed that while gaining access to the web page or while making use of it, J&M is able to collect the following personal details/ data from the user: its User’s Internet Navigator, User’s operating system, IP address and the day and moment of the connection. As such data may identify the user, it will be managed by J&M with the only purpose of improving navigation. Regarding the management of personal data our privacy policy must be consulted.

Every link, hyperlink/ text, profound, framing or any other sort of virtual connexion done through telecommunication webs from any web site or URL address (“links”) to the web page, must be authorised by J&M, and at any rate such link must be established from the home page.
J&MM clarifies that the Links to third’s webs parties included in the web page have as a unique purpose a guidance aim, being its function giving other sources of information to the user that could be of his/her interest.
J&M regularly verifies the content of the Links offered. However, it’s not possible to know exactly which the exact content of every link is. Therefore, we request that in case the user or a third party notices that such links may not be in accordance to the law, moral values, or the public order or that they may encourage violence or discrimination for sexual, ideological, religious or racial reasons, s/he let us know by the info@jmae.es e-mail address account.
On the fringes of the law, J&M accepts no responsibility whatsoever corresponding to the contents of the Links or with the damages or errors, the user’s hardware and software may suffer as a consequence of the viruses that may be present while having access or while using such links.

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
