J&M abogados y economistas is a multidisciplinary firm serving individuals and businesses in a broad range of legal and financial matters, with an emphasis on small companies, medium sized companies and the family business. The practice is an integrated team of lawyers, economists, business and social graduates.
J&M started out 1974 as the practice of economist Juan Ignacio Manresa. In 1993, Juan Ignacio Manresa decided to centralize his activities creating the limited liability company JIM Asesoría y Gestión, S.L. In 1997, fruit of the company’s evolution and growth, the practice was joined by lawyer Joan Jové. Around this nucleus they have built a team of qualified professionals each specialized in their field and integrated in the diverse areas of the company.
In 2006, following the continued evolution of the firm the name was changed to the current, “J&M abogados y economistas siglo XXI, S.L.”
J&M ’s work focuses on the advising of individuals and companies with honesty, objectivity, rigor and efficiency to serve each and every one of its clients needs directly or through collaboration with independent professionals in line with the level of performance established by J&M.
Adequacy to the Law 2/2007 of 15 of March of Professional Societies: With effects on 23th December of 2008 "J&M abogados y economistas siglo XXI, S.L.P." it has been registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona, in the Sheet num 82, Book 26362, Inscription 13.
